But after seeing so many commercials and testimonials for TrimSpa, I thought I'd give it a try.  I wasn't expecting much of anything, but I was pleasantly surprised to lose weight!  I think it's the fiber in it that curbs your appetite.  I wasn't as hungry as before and therefore I stopped my all-day snacking...and lost 10 pounds in a month!  I plan to keep using it for a few more months since it does seem to be working....
