My husbands strongly believes in the power of dayquil and nightquil. These are essential household items in my home. If he feels a slight cold symptom coming on he imeadiately turns to dayquil for day and niquil for night. He believes it will either prevent his cold of for sure shorten or weaken it. I recently got a cold and for the first time in years listened to my husband and used these drugs.

I had pre concieved ideas, I heard on the news that these products make us feel like they work but they don't. Maybe that's true. What else is true. I got relief. I got better night sleep than I usaully do and during the day I was able to perform like a healthy person.

I also feel like my cold didn't linger like it usually does. I believe these products helped me and I wish I would have followed my husbands advice years ago.

From now on, I will also hava supply of dayquil and nightquil in my home.

If you want instant results and look good in a bikini this diet was a quick fix for me. Within days my husband and I noticed physical results. My tummy got flatter and I fealt leaner.

The diet is quiete strict. Especially the first phaze. I certainely missed my fruit, and I got tierd of chewing. I did not take any suppliments to help suppress appetite. Maybe a didn't consume enough protein but I certainely fealt hungry constantly. I was chewing on vegetables all day long and grew tierd of chewing. I fealt likea rabbit. In my line of work I can't just chew on food all day long this was certainely a problem. Maybe I could just have drank more vegetable juice or more water. I never made it to the second stage. I also gained the weight back imediately. Ofcourse I didn't complete the whole course.

It is tempting to try again maybe with the help of appetite suppresents and lot's of fluids.

Wow! Solid motor. I had my juicer for three years and recently dropped it and broke off a small plastic attachment. The juicer needs to be replaced and I can't wait to buy another one. Costco has a great deal on slightly larger models, stainless steal, and less than a $100. It comes with a one year warranty and costco has a great return policy.

I used my juicer almost daily. I feel physically different witout my fresh juice. Juice energized me. Kept me healthy, I almost never got sick. It helped my manage my food cravings, and maintain my weight. It was easy for my to consume recomended daily fruit and vegetable servings by drinking them.

I liked juicing a variety of different colored fruits and vegetables together. I did this for nutrition. I found that juice tasted better drank immediately. If stored, it should be in glass container.

I don't recommend juicing cabbage, it is bitter.

You could save pulp and put in muffins.

I have been using a Chi flat iron for nine years. I am a hairstylist and Chi iron was the first professional grade flat iron that was introduced to me. Before I purchased my Chi I have bought and used other competitor irons on the market. It was hardly a competition. Chi was far superior.

Chi iron fealt more solid quality, better heat distribution, never pulled hair, it slid smoothly. It heats up within a minute. Always reliable. I've had my iron for five years. It is used daily and sometimes all day.

I like the design. It is limitless. It allows you to create lot's of different looks. You can use it for flips or ringlets, and don't let your imagination stop you. You can wrap the hair around a pencil and flat iron hair like that and it will creat a really tight ringlet for extra detail touch on a speacial occassion do.

The reason why gave in three stars instead of four, I personally know couple of individuals that weren't as luckly with their CHI being reliable. ...

American Crew thickening shampoo has been a product in my household for the last five years. It is my husbands favorite shampoo. He prefers to use nothing else. He has a full head of fine, limp hair, when he uses this shampoo his hair appears with double the volume. When his hair is freshly cleansed with this shampoo, his scalp is hardly visible, because of his luscious locks. The shampoo also leaves his hair soft and shy and it smells very clean and fresh.

The only drawback, sometimes it is hard to find. Possibly in my demograhic area in Salem, Oregon it could be discountinuted. When I do find it in local hair Salons I make sure I purchase a several bottles. I do prefer to purchase liter size bottles verses the smaller 8.45 oz bottles because it if generally more economical.

American crew products are designed for men but in my opinion if a woman has short hair and likes funky hair she should give it a try too.
