http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/gypcnme Sun, 15 Feb 2009 15:15:31 GMT Reviews by gypcnme http://www.viewpoints.com/Simmons-Beauty-Rest--256545-review-936a5 My first Simmons BeautyRest Pillow Top Mattress became uncomfortable in less than a year.  It sank in the middle over 2 inches.  I contacted Sleep Country and they sent out someone to inspect the mattress.  It was clean and no rips or tears so I qualified for a replacement mattress.  The inspector measured and took pictures etc.  I received a coupon which I had to use in a month.  My second Simmons BeautyRest Pillow Top Mattress (this time firmer) is also sinking in the middle.  This happened in less than six months.  Sleep Country was very nice about the replacement and it all happened quickly.  This time however; I will not pay the $75.00 delivery fee.  I weigh about 120lbs and my back hurts every night.  Buyer beware!...
