The Kenmore Elite (HE4) is quite a monster in terms of home-use (I was able to dry clothes in literally 15 minutes) but the load amount is minimal. It seems like the more you add, the less you really get. I tried putting 12 towels in there, and even after half an hour they were pretty wet. Again: good product, but a bit reprehensive when attempting to do a lot of laundry at once.

On thing I would have to say about this specific model is that the power cord has been known to malfunction for no apparent reason.
