I have been a bbq guru for quite awhile. I am one who doesn't like a blow your mouth off hot bbq sauce where you only taste the "heat" and not the meat. I am a Kansas City Barbeque Society Certified Judge and I cook in KCBS contests as well. I seen this sauce at a contest and had to try it. The label and name stood out and I needed to know more. I obtained a couple of bottles and went to cooking. I give this sauce 2 thumbs up. It is a sweet tomato based sauce with a little texture to it. I have brushed it on ribs at the last 15 minutes of cooking and also chicken as well. It is extremely good tossed in pile of pulled pork. It is great for bbq lovers of all ages. I have shared this sauce with many co-workers all of whom love it and have bought their own off the website on the bottle. The website is . They also just released a new sauce which is a more medium heat based off the original flavor called Blaze Orange. This sauce is a bit zippier and quite a hit, it has pleasant warm back bite......
