I save so much $$ on my car insurance now. I was amazed at their rates! —  I recently opened checking and savings accounts with USAA too. There was an issue with my other bank not transferring funds to this new account so I was charged overdraft fees. I contacted my other bank about this. They took zero responsibility and were not willing to even consider refunding charges I had incurred for their mistake. I contacted USAA and they quickly removed the fees after I explained what had happened. Even though it wasn't their fault, they went the extra mile to make me happy. — Also noticed their online rates for new car loans are at least two % points lower than the credit union I was banking with! —  I love the quarterly magazine USAA publishes with useful information, hints, and tips.
