greenfridge says "The Magic Bullet is perfect for quick blending" about Magic Bullet Blender

We wanted to be able to make our own baby food so that it would be healthier and fresher. We got a Magic Bullet so that we would be able to quickly blend up baby food for our son without having to have a big blender on the counter. Since our purchase, we have been able to do that and a whole lot more!

It has worked great for quickly pureeing all kinds of foods for our son. Additionally, we routinely chop garlic, blend frozen fruit smoothies, whip cream, make milkshakes and puree soups. The blending containers are microwave and dishwasher safe which just makes them more convenient. The containers to not retain odors even though they are plastic.

The things that I wish were different:

I do wish that it were quieter but we just take it into the garage if the baby is sleeping and we need to use it - which just shows you how quick and easy it is to move!

Essentially it purees whatever you put into it so if you want something chunky (like salsa) then you are out of luck.

Overall, the Magic...
...

greenfridge says "Root Awakening Shampoo is a great start to my day!" about John Frieda Root Awakening Nourishing Moisture Shampoo

When looking for a shampoo I try to consider not only myself but also my family. While my husband isn't picky about his shampoo (his hair is 1/8 inch "long") and uses whatever I purchase for myself, I don't want him walking out of the shower smelling like a flower! At the same time, I want a shampoo that helps me feel refreshed and makes my hair look and feel its best.

John Frieda Root Awakenings is just the solutiuon for us. When I use this shampoo I can literally feel the difference in the shower and the feeling carries on through the day. The natural eucalyptus and peppermint essential oil refreshes my scalp and my senses. My hair looks and feels so much healthier and it has added resilience! Life as a mother dosen't always afford me a shower when I want one and I have found with this shampoo that my hair does not look greasy (or "slick rick" as we say in our family) if I happen to miss a shower for a day.

greenfridge says "The First Years True-Fit fits us perfect!" about Compass True Fit Car Seat

When looking for a car seat for our son we wanted to do research one time only. Our interest was in a high quality, safe seat that would get us through the duration of car seat years. We wanted something that would be comfortable for our son and something that would grow with him. The First Years True-Fit Convertible Car Seat fit the bill perfectly. Children ranging from 5 to 65 pounds are able to use the seat so we knew that we would get several years out of it. Our favorite features are:

It has extra padding for little ones that is removable when the child gets older.

The seat is roomy.

The shoulder height of the five point harness straps is easily adjustable.

The head rest detatches so that the when the seat is rear facing it fits great in a compact car but when it is time to turn the seat around for your larger child there is a safe headrest that is easily attached.

The seat pads come off easily for washing cracker crumbs and juice drips off.

Because the weight range is so...

...
