goosie says "Best exfoliator I have ever used, bar none." about Mychelle Incredible Pumpkin Peel

Mychelle's Incredible Pumpkin Peel is amazing. No, really. No, REALLY. I've used countless masks and peels and scrubs over the years, and had yet to find a product that inspired this level of devotion. Some products worked alright, but nothing spectacular. And then I found the Incredible Pumpkin Peel, and my search was over.

The details: This is not a scrub, but a mask that you apply and then allow to dry, and then wash off. It might tingle a little, but that just means that the product is working. It smells delicous, because it's filled with natural goodness--pumpkin, pumpkin wine, honey, pineapple, sweet orange oil...the list goes on and on. (And it contains no parabens or phthalates, double yay!) It leaves my skin so smooth and clean and clear and glowing. The tone and color of my skin has greatly improved since using this product, and let me tell you, when I run out of it, I can really tell. My breakouts increase (I hardly break out at all when using this product...
...

goosie says "Stila Smoky Eye Talking Palette literally talks you through it!" about Stila Smoky Eye Talking Palette

I absolutely adore the Stila Smoky Eye Talking Palette. First of all, it talks. That's right, my makeup talks to me! How cool is that? Okay, so it's just a button you push that goes through instructions on how to create a smoky eye, but still...super neat. The palette comes with fairly detailed instructions, both written and recorded, on how to achieve the perfect smoky eye look. It also has area by area instructions located over each color of eyeshadow, telling you where to place that color, like on base, lid, crease, and liner. For a novice or inexperienced makup person, this would be invaluable help. Most of all, it's FUN. It's fun to have your makeup talk to you and it's fun to experiment with making the perfect smoky eye!

And of course, Stila makeup is very high quality. It stays put on your face, it's easy to apply, and it's a joy to use. I highly recommend this product...in fact, I want to get myself some more colors!

goosie says "We would have LOVED this camera, if only it worked!" about Fisher-Price Kid-Tough Digital Camera

We recently purchased the Fisher-Price Kid-Tough Digital Camera, and were so excited about it. We had researched the product quite a bit before purchasing it, and read review after review full of glowing praise. However, from the very first time our 4 year old started using it, we began experience a very big problem: the power button wouldn't keep the camera on. Push the button, camera goes on for a second, then shuts right back down. Rinse and repeat, until for whatever unknown reason the camera would start working. We tried new batteries several times, just to be sure that wasn't the problem, and it wasn't. Of course, we had to return the camera and buy a different brand, because that kind of flaw isn't something a 4 year old (or anybody) should have to work around.

We were sad that our camera had this problem, because everything else about the camera was great. The design, the functionality, the ergonomics, all of that was terrific. However, the one problem the camera...
...

goosie says "Triple Moisture Healing Shine Serum adds shine and moisture!" about Neutrogena Triple Moisture Healing Shine Serum

I own a lot of hair products, but one I consistently go back to is Neutrogen's Triple Moisture Healing Shine Serum. It's relatively inexpensive, it's easy to get (meaning you can pick it up at the grocery or drugstore) and best of all it WORKS. I have hair that tends toward the dry side, and I also live in a very dry climate. I get flyaways and static, too, and this product does away with them immediately upon application. In addition to dryness, my hair is also fine, and heavy, greasy products weigh my hair down and can make it look dirty and oily. This product doesn't do that! It's light, and lightweight, and adds a ton of shine without adding an oily factor. Also, the scent is very nice....it's light, too, but whenever I put this product in, my husband *always* notes that my hair smells great.

To sum it up: it smells good, it works great, and it costs little! I highly recommend this product!
...

goosie says "Save your money for something else; this monitor is junk." about Fisher Price Fisher Price 2.4 GHz Ultimate Range Monitor

The Fisher Price 2.4 GHz Ultimate Range Monitor was our first choice when we were picking out a baby monitor. The price was right, it didn't have too many fancy features that we felt we didn't need, and it seemed simple to use. However, it has been nothing but a pain since we started using it. When it DOES work, it's fine and does its job: it provides fairly static free monitoring. However, our receiving monitor shorts out on sound constantly, and noise could be coming from another room and we'd have no idea. The monitor will just quit transmitting the signal with no warning, and will stay off for random amounts of time. It is supremely frustrating to spend money on something that should just *work*, and have it not even perform the simplest task effectively.

Save your money for a different monitor. The Fisher Price 2.4 GHz Ultimate Range Monitor is not worth the hassle, and you'll sleep better at night knowing you'll be able to hear your baby when you need to.

goosie says "A great stationary bike for those wanting to get in shape." about Stamina Products Stamina 1300 Magnetic Resistance Upright Bike

I bought the Stamina 1300 Magnetic Resistance Upright Bike because I was looking for an inexpensive exercise bike to help me get back in shape. I wanted something quiet, on the small side, and easy to use in addition to being not a lot of money. I feel I found everything I wanted in this bike! I've been using it for several weeks, and for the price, I have no complaints. It's quiet; I can watch television at a normal volume while I'm pedaling. It's small; I had no problems making room for it in out living room, and it doesn't feel intrusive. It's easy to use; the digital display is very straightforward and allows you to cycle through time, distance, calories burned, and MPH modes. The bike is magnetic resitance, and setting your difficulty level is easy. You turn a knob to either the plus side (+) or minus side (-) to adjust the level.

This is an inexpensive bike. I think I paid about $150 total (w/ free shipping) for it, and of course there are things that you would expect...
...
