      <description>this is a poor choice of head gear..i would not recomend this to anyone over the age of 14 or the weight of 155..if you get in the ring with somone who can trhow bombs then you want a good headgear..myself as a heavyweight i compete with the hardest hitters there are you want to invest in a good se of head gear it is worth the money. &amp;mdash; you can find these at www.everlast.com&amp;nbsp;www.titleboxing.com&amp;nbsp; or www.ringside.com &amp;mdash;  these are the best sites out there for boxing title is my favorite becasue they have the biggest seletion they aslo offer the same things as everlast but ingside is probably he most cost efficent site &amp;mdash;... </description>

      <description>these are the perfect pair of gloves for somone just getting into th sport or somone looking to just work out..now if you are a professional boxer then i wouldnt recomend these id recomend a good 20 oz pair and 14oz pair of everlast pro training gloves these gloves are 89 dollars each but they are the best you can get..as for those of you looking for a workout or just cheap gloves these are a great... </description>
