Our bathroom scale was begining to get a little goofy so it was time to get a new one. We wanted a digital scale so my husband actually went out and purchased one. He purchased a Taylor Le'd Scale. The scale cost just $17.99 but is quite nice for the pric.e

The scale has a large digital read out so if you have trouble seeing you will like this as the numbers are big and bright. Of course you may not want to see your weight all big and bright, but you won't have trouble seeing it.

The scale goes up to 350 lbs, and it measures in .5 lb increments. The scale is white, and brite all in itself and it is easy to wipe clean if were to get dirty. According to the box the scales are made with high-tech strain gauge mechanisms that help the scale to be extremely accurate.

Taylor has been making scales for over 150 years so they are a trustworthy company who stands by their work. The scale comes with a 5 year warranty.

Every year the creaters of American Idol put together a CD of songs by the top 10 contestants. This year was no exception. American Idol Season 8 CD: is made with each of the top 10 contestants getting a spot on the CD the songs on the CD are often their most percieved well received songs.

On this years compliation CD from all of the contestants includes 2 songs each from the winner Kris Allen, and the runner up Adam Lamberts. Each of the two sing their version of No Boundaries the song written for who ever won the contest. The winner and runner up sang the song much differently than one another but it is up to the individual who they think sang it better.

My son had a Thomas & Friends Lights & Sounds Perce engine that he loved, but we recently did a major cleaning of our basement and we got rid of a lot of toys, and though we made sure not to throw out any Thomas toys somehow the little Percy train must have gotten thrown out, and my son realized it right away and was very upset. So I have gotten him a new one for Christmas.

This little train is part of the take along collection. It is die cast train made out of sturdy material. There are different types of Thomas Trains and the Take Along trains are non motorized magnet trains with magnets on either side, so they can lead the trains or be at the end, or in the middle.

Percy is one of the trains in the Thomas & Friends story books and the television show. He is the little green engine.

The little die cast engine is aobut 3 inches long. He has a red base but is mostly green. The wheels are green too, actually he is kind of a Christmasy looking train although that I am sure...

Candles are always lovely to have around. I don't know anyone who does not love candles. When I saw The Jessi Moore Collection Always Home Home Decor Triple Candle Holder at Big Lots I thought it would make an excellent teacher gift for my son's teacher. It is only $5 but looks like it cost more, I also threw in some tea light candles. But when I got it home and I took it out and looked at it I thought that I would actually like this too, so I went back to the store and got one for myself.

The holder is not large but it holds three different tea lite candles. It is made out of metal and painted black to go with any decor. The stand has a swirl design. There are swirls on both edges and in the middle. Above the swirls are three little stands where you put the tea lights on. The set also comes with glass covers that go over each of them to keep them safe.

It does not come with the tea lights you will have to buy them seperately but for only $5.00 I would not expect it...

A few weeks ago my trusty Pampered Chef Ice cream scoop that I bought many years ago went missing. I didn't panic I figured it would show up somewhere, sometime. But after a couple of weeks it still had not shown back up yet. It was getting old anyways and the coating on the metal was begining to peal off so I decided it was time to just get a new one. I happened to be at Big Lots buying my son some new sheets for his new bed and I decided to peak at their gadget section to see if they had any good ice cream scoops there.

I spotted two different kinds and one was a Farberware Basics Lever Ice Cream Scoop for $5.99. The price was right and I know that Farberware is a good brand so I snatched it up.

American Idol has produced many stars over the years weather they have won the competition or not many contestants have gone on to create albums of their own. Season 8 seamed to be an especially good year for the talented contestants and instead of one or 2 people standing out like in previous years the top 4 contestants all really had a big following and gave some of the best performances in Idol history. That is my opinion as to why these top 4 contestants got an additional compilation album on top of the normal top 10 contestant compilation album that normally comes out each year.

American Idol - Season 8: The 5 Song EP is a 5 track Cd featuring: Kris Allen Season 8 winner, Adam Lambert Season 8 Runner Up, and 3rd and 4th place contestants Allison Iraheta, and Danny Gokey.

Many years ago when I had braces I used to cut the inside of my mouth a lot with the wires so I always had Anbesol in the tiny little bottle available back then and learned to count on it to keep my gums and inner mouth from being in great pain.

Over the years I have always kept a bottle around because you never know when someone will get a tooth ache or bite the inside of their mouth. A few months ago one of my teeth was bothering it was a tooth with a filling in it, but apparently part of the filling had broken off and food was getting inside the tooth causing me pain. I looked for the little bottle of Ambesol but could not find it so I headed to the drug store. I could not find any little bottles of Ambesol but instead saw some Anbesol gel. As a Bzz Agent I was able to receive a couple of samples of a new body wash from Softsoap. Though I’m not normally a body wash kind of person I thought “what the heck I’ll try it.” So in my package came a sample of Softsoap Nutri Serum Restoring Vitamin E Body Wash in a cute mini-body wash bottle. After trying the Nutri Serum Moisture Retaining Body Wash, I wasn’t even going to try the Vitamin E version, but I figured to be fair I would check it out. Plus knowing that Vitamin E is good for the skin, I was hoping it would be of a little assistance to my ever increasing belly.

So opening up the green labeled bottle of body wash this time, I could definitely smell something more than the Softsoap scent that dominated the Moisture version. It was some sort of flowery scent that I can’t really place, but I’m thinking Gardenia for some reason. Underwear is sort of a family tradition. At least someone receives a package of undies as a gift. Two years ago was my son's year to get underwear for Christmas and he thought it was the coolest thing. Since he had become a huge fan of Transformers, grandma decided to get him some Transformer underwear.

A friend of mine at Viewpoints recently passed along a site called www.buyuggsboot.net. She found it online. www.buyuggsboot.net is a web site that sells all styles of Ugg Boots at discounted prices.

We werent certain if www.buyuggsboot.net were the real or not. But after a thorough review of the site, we thought it was legit. Buyuggsboot.net looks like a reasonable reseller of Ugg Boots. The page is designed well, the pictures look authentic and they make claim to having the real deal. They also consistently site throughout the web site having customer satisfaction commitments.

To add to the thought it was authentic, the pricing seemed good but not amazing. As you probably know a typical pair of Ugg Boots cost about $110. On Buyuggsboot.net the cost was $89.00- approximately a $20 savings. Seemed like a good deal, but they werent so cheap that I thought it could be scam. As an aside, last year Nordstrom had a similiar sale on Ugg boots so the pricing seemed...

I did not even really know what Bakugan was until McDonalds was giving away the Bakugan toys. But apparently my 5 year old did. He has been watching the show with his older brother and when he got a Bakugan toy from McDonalds he went nuts. Then he started seeing them at the store and started begging me for them.

Bakugan is kind of like Pokeman it is a Japanese action anime drama which surounds the lives of creatures called Bakugan and the battle brawlers who possess them. The Brawlers use the creatures to fight in battles. Based on the series several Bokugan toys have been released. Kids can use them with a set to battle other kids or having each Bakugan creature battle an other or they can just battle individually. You can buy sets that include a few different Bakugans or you can buy individual Bakugan creaters in Extension Packs.
