fourandcounting says "It doesn't get better than this" about Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals Foundation

I had one friend tell me about this after she tried it and people began asking her if she had been to a spa. I loved it and now every friend I have uses it! It is light and natural without looking naked. It is easy to put on and fast! Their eyeshadow is great too but I am more willing to spend the money on the foundation and save pennies on a cheaper eyeshadow (except the base shadow- it is a must have). If you sign up to have it delivered you might realize how little of it you use. I was signed up to have it delivered every 2 months and find that it lasts me much longer than that (up to 4 months). The warmth product will probably last me two years or more even though I use it every...

fourandcounting says "Only magazine you need" about The Week

We love this magazine. We've gone through tons of subscriptions for many different magazines but usually we end up reading 1/2 the articles or not having time to finish the ones we start. These are good snapshots of what is going on in the world NOT just the US which is very refreshing. I love the quotes, the odd news from around the world and the "boring but important" section. I highly recomend this magazine- it may seem a little expensive at first but it is so worth the money. My husband and I fight over who gets to read it first!...

fourandcounting says "A little bit of everything for unique gifts" about Etsy.com

What an awesome site to find right before Christmas! I may not be able to make it myself but I love things that are made by hand. There is so much to look at I don't think you could ever see it all but it's fun to try. Also, I have passed this site on to several friends who are talented and crafty. The procedure and price for selling things seems to be just right for someone trying it out for the first...

fourandcounting says "fun for one" about LEGO Thomas Load and Carry Train Set

Anything Legos in our house is a hit but with two boys under age 5 and a curious little girl too, the track is a bit small. An extra set of tracks would be great. My two boys love Thomas and they were over joyed to be able to put Thomas and their Legos together at playtime! — ...

fourandcounting says "Careful if buying used" about Hooked On Phonics Learn To Read

Be aware of what is in a hooked on phonics set before you buy it used. Many people selling theirs used may think they have the entire set buy may only have part of a set. If you do your reasearch on the internet you should be okay. We started using level one and 1/2 way through realized our book was almost over but there were a lot more items on our son's chart to complete. I thought maybe they were on the CD-rom but it only had 1/2 a program too. We must have stumbled upon some kind of sampler package or something. Anyway, I ended up researching and finding another used set with all of the parts :) I was willing to purchase again though because we love the program. My son (who has a hard time concentrating anyway) LOVES doing his lessons! After 5 stickers I let him choose a "prize" from a box (pencil, sticker, etc...) and it really motivates him! — — Enjoy just be careful if buying used :) —...
