He can get in and out easily. It washes with warm water and soap. Great product! The product was one of the most reasonably priced seats. I would highly recommend it for a child that is three years old or older. It may not be so good for a child that is smaller in stature. The arms rests move up and down so it makes it really easy to have a child get himself in the seat. You have to remember to secure your seatbelt so that the child cannot get around the buckle. If you have a vehicle that doesn't have the seatbelts that lock, you will have to use a locking clip with it. Otherwise, it is very easy to move from one car to another without any...
