flyinbryan says "Same story different day" about Hostel Part II

I really liked Hostel and was excited to see Hostel II, but wow, it was too much like the first one. I would have liked it a lot more if I had never seen the first one. It was put together very well, but, like I stated earlier, too much of a copy of part one. I recommend seeing one or the other and leaving it at...

flyinbryan says "Free gifts for fun" about Memolink

I have been a memolink partner for a few years now and it is cool. I like the trivia questions, even though sometimes they are way hard. I'm going to shop anyway, so why not go through them and earn points for gift certicates to stores I shop at. It is a pretty good research tool and pretty competetive on prices. What the heck, why not use them and get free...

flyinbryan says "Invest for your future" about Sharebuilder

I started investing with Sharebuilder in 2003 for myself, my wife and my children. We don't throw away good stuff when we are done with it. My wife sells it and I take the proceeds and divide them up for the kids. Once they have a little egg, we throw the money into Sharebuilder and I look for good quality long term investment stocks for their future. Once they are old enough, I have them do the work on the account and they get to learn about finance from their childhood, making them money conscious consumers of the...

flyinbryan says "Great Info" about Popular Science

Popular Science is geek stuff for the not so geeky. What I mean is that it has great tech information on products and ideas out there, but it is written for the layman so we don't need a dictionary to read the darn thing. Keep up the great work guys and help us not so smart get a little education. —...

flyinbryan says "Gotta have it." about Pergo Presto Laminated Flooring

The floor was easy to install and my wife loves being able to "dust" the floor. Buy it today. I went to the local home improvement store, picked out the color and type I wanted and bought it. I loaded in into my wifes truck, carried it home and brought it inside. You need to wait a day so it can acclimate to the temperature inside the house, that way it won't bow. The next day, I got my saw hammer out and went to work. I had my kids help and we put that floor down in a day. My wife used to have to scrub the tile floor we had in the kitchen. Now all she does is get out the swiffer and dust away. What a...
