I even received an email that the product was ready. When I arrived at the store, I was told they did not have the product. When I called Sears.com customer service, they could not have cared less. I then called the sears corporate offices and was told by the secretary there that the Executives were "too busy to speak to customers". Apparently they do not care either. I told the secretay "not to worry, because in a couple more years, if this is how Sears treats customers, they won't have any." I will hand it to the store personnel though, they did care. When the item I wanted showd up in the store inventory, they called me. Stay away from the online site, but DO shop in the stores.... Small in size, large in features. 7.1 megaPixels, both optical and digital zoom, and face detection. It works great and takes great pictures. I liked this camera so much, that when my daughter's friend threw her purse and broke the camera, I bought another one. I just LOVE it....
