Throughout the years I have consistently shopped at and purchased from Amazon.com. They have a good selection of items in the categories I need; electronics, books, DVD's, professional supplies, to name a few. I do comparison shopping first and have found Amazon's prices consistently lower or equal to the competition. They have good shipping prices (often free with a $25 purchase). Their secondary sellers have been trustworthy and reliable as well. I have had only two problems which were quickly solved by Amazon- one dealt with an overcharge by a secondary seller and the other was a price reduction on an item I had recently purchased. I received quick credits on both items in question. Amazon responds to e-mails and attempts to solve any issues promptly and courteously. Very reliable.

The Keurig B-60 was a gift- we actually did not choose to purchase the item because it is much higher priced than a conventional coffee maker. After the first cup of coffee we were hooked. It is great for a household where different flavors and strengths of coffee are desired since it brews one cup at a time. Guest have a ball "playing" with the coffee-maker. There is no glass pot to break since the coffee brews directly into the mug of your choice. There is no clean-up; each k-cup is disposed of after it is used and the unit is ready for the next customer. the biggest drawback is the expense- k-cups are more expensive than regular coffee bags. There is an alternative; a unit can be purchased separately which allows you to fill it with your own coffee. This method produces a small amount of coffee grounds in your mug.

The Odyssey Cruise was an elegant dinner-dance event. We receive the royal treatment throughout the evening. Food was excellently prepared and served when we were ready- no rushing through this dinner. The evening was well paced with plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful Boston skyline. Music was provided by a three piece band with an excellent female vocalist whose selections ranged from quiet dinner music suitable for slow dancing to lively upbeat music as the evening wore on. This is a special treat suitable for an unforgettable birthday or anniversary. The Odyssey website provides information for alternative cruises which are less formal. It is pricey but well worth it!

Love my iMac 20". It takes up little space without the tower making it virtually portable . It could be moved to different locations within the home, if need be. I would never go back to a PC- the difference is outstanding.

Garmin StreetPilot c550 is a great little gadget. I have always been a great navigator but I find this unit can get me there with a lot less hassle. I'm sure there are more advanced units on the market, but the price is right on this one. Check Amazon or E-bay for the best prices.
We have 3 units in the family. It's great for my daughter's business where she is on the road a lot of the time. Both she and I feel secure knowing she isn't likely to get lost (particularly at night and alone!)

It's a great card if you shop Amazon often- just one click and you are done. It is helpful if you have college students who need to make multiple purchases at one time. Holiday shopping is simplified as well.

I found this product through my dermatologist. She gave me samples of a few products for my dry, sensitive face. This one worked the best for me. It is creamy but not greasy. It feels good on the skin and washes off easily. There is a slight tingling sensation but my skin feels really clean after washing. My skin remains clear and blemish free.

I chose AIG because it was affiliated with a union to which I am a member. This brought me competitive rates in the beginning. As years went on and we added 2 female drivers my cost began to escalate (as expected in the beginning). With each passing year I should have seen some reduction in rates- safe drivers, no accidents, no tickets, aging vehicles. Instead my insurance premiums climbed with each renewal. AIG claimed it was because of the ages of my daughters'. When I reached the $5000 mark with 4 safe drivers and 3 old vehicles, I aggressively sought out another company. All other companies I checked were significantly less than AIG.
