      <description>&lt;p&gt;This is a great piece of equipment. You get a very good work out and it isn't hard on the knees. The only complaint I have is that it is big. My husband got this for me as a surprise and I was a little bit afraid at first but once I got on and got it all calibrated it was really easy to get going. I used it for one half hour each day and I felt like I was getting a great workout. It has a key that you clip on you so if you fall it will shut off. The computer keeps tracks of your weight and your goal. Every workout it keeps track of your calories you are burning and how far you have gone in your workout.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
