I'm a Brew Crew member and the newest creation from COFFEE-MATE are Stick Packs.

COFFEE-MATE Stick Packs are the easiest way to make sure that you always have COFFEE-MATE coffee creamer available when you need it.

COFFEE-MATE Stick Packs are available in Original and French Vanilla flavor and are just the right size to to carry in your purse or car.

Convenient and economical, COFFEE-MATE Stick Packs are the portable coffee creamer and a great help to coffee drinkers. The fast food drive throughs never give me enough creamer for my coffee and I love having my own COFFEE-MATE that doesn't need to be refridgerated!

firedust37 says "Philly Sundried Tomato & Basil Cream Cheese Spread Is Wonderful!" about Kraft - Philadelphia Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread

I thought I would like the new Kraft Philadelphia Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread because I love tomatoes and basil but it's even better than I hoped!

Kraft Philadelphia Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread has just the right blend of ingredients. The tomato flavor is very natural and the basil is noticeable but not overpowering. It's very hard not to eat it straight from the container! It's very creamy and spreads evenly and easily.

I chose to use it on bread since I had made a couple of loaves of Black Olive Bread the night before. I thought that the tomato and basil flavors of the cream cheese spread would go well with the taste of the black olives in the bread. The delicious result exceeded my expectations. We have a new favorite cream cheese in our house.

The Kraft Philadelphia Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread is so good that I can't wait to try the Spinach and Artichoke variety!

firedust37 says "Pet Lover" about Eureka - Boss Smartvac Bagged Upright Vacuum

The Eureka Boss Smartvac Bagged Upright Vaccuum Cleaner has many pluses. It cleans well and it picks up pet hair well. It's very durable and lasts a long time. I once had to replace a belt but you can expect to do that with almost any vacuum cleaner. It has a nice headlight feature and replacing the bulbs is quick and easy. Most of all, it's inexpensive. I got mine on sale for less than a hundred bucks and it's still going strong.

There are a couple of points that might not make it right for everyone. The vacuum is heavy so if you are older or have a physical disability, you may want to investigate lighter model vacuums. The stretchy hose is not long enough for many tasks but most vaccuums in this class don't offer a hose at all so that's a minor point.

Are there better vacuums out there? Sure but they'll cost you three or four times as much. If you're looking for an inexpensive vacuum that cleans very well, the Eureka Boss Smartvac Bagged Upright Vacuum Cleaner is an unusually good...
...

firedust37 says "Frequent Baker" about Wilton Indulgence 9" Round Cake Pan

The Wilton Indulgence 9" Round Cake Pans are far superior to most cake pans. The cakes bake evenly and are released easily. I've made cakes in them without even greasing the pans and the cakes still don't stick. Wilton Indulgence's non-stick coating seems better than comparably priced pans. My cakes turn out perfectly every time.

These pans are worth their listed price but have the added attraction of frequently going on sale. At the sale price, the pans are a real bargain. When you catch them on sale, you'll be glad that you bought several of them.

The Wilton line is known for making quality pans and the Wilton Indulgence 9" Round Cake Pans are a welcome addition to the family. I've given a few as gifts and each person that I gave them to really liked them. There's nothing about them not to love. The Wilton Indulgence Round Cake Pans are quality pans at a reasonable cost that make baking much easier.

firedust37 says "Frequent BBQer" about Weber One-Touch Gold 22.5 Charcoal Grill

I BBQ frequently and have had many different grills over the years. The Weber grill line has long been one of my favorites because they always do what they say they'll do. The Weber One Touch Gold is no exception!

It's portable and lightweight and cooks evenly. While I guess gas grills have their place in this world, why bother when you can get the same result from broiling in the oven? Nothing beats the taste of steaks cooked over charcoal and the Weber One Touch Gold has designed the grill to circulate the heat evenly. My steaks are perfect every time and the grill is large enough to accommodate them. All the food I've cooked on it had a wonderful taste and the grill is very easy to use.

It's also very easy to clean and I love the dome lid. It's a good value for the price and the grill frequently goes on sale. The Weber One Touch Gold is well designed with good ventilation and I would recommend it to anyone!
...

firedust37 says "Sci-Fi At It's Best" about Soylent Green

Despite the 70's feel, 'Soylent Green' holds up well for today's adult audience. Not for the faint of heart, this film is gritty and disturbing.

Life is miserable in the year 2022. Food, fuel, and water are scarce and it is unbearably hot because of the greenhouse effect. Pollution has destroyed the earth's crops and most animals but there are plenty of people left. New York city has 400,000,000 people in it and more than half of them are unemployed. There's not enough food, water, or housing to go around. A yellow smog coats the filthy city. The government encourages and sponsors widespread euthanasia to try and control the overpopulation. Natural foods have become a luxury that only the elite can afford. The rest of the population eat synthetic food produced by the Soylent Corporation.

Even those supplies are severely limited and rationed by the government. Riots on Ration Day are common and people are willing to kill to secure them. Only the strong survive and most of the population...
...

firedust37 says "Great Movie For the Christmas Hilidays!" about Love Actually

'Love Actually' is truly a 'feel good' film. There are ten distinct plot lines and the stories are set in England around the Christmas holidays.

The stories (and characters) intersect and cross over into other plots. The plots follow the lives, loves, and longings of various Brits. Ok, so some of the stories aren't as interesting as others. The ones that are interesting are very interesting. Bill Nighy as the decadent, former rock star who's desperate for a comeback is absolutely hilarious. His performance alone is reason enough to watch this film!

However, there are other storylines that capture your attention and the end result is that the different stories are woven together so seamlessly, that you happily follow them all.

Great acting, great plots, and a must see film, especially during the Christmas season, 'Love Actually' shines.

...

firedust37 says "Great Atmosphere" about Skeleton Key

'The Skeleton Key' is chock full of spooky atmosphere and never resorts to gore to provide thrills.

Kate Hudson plays a private nurse hired by the family lawyer to care for a dying man in a decaying, Southern, Gothic mansion set in Louisiana. Once there, she finds that superstition is alive and well in that house and she grows increasingly curious about it's past occupants.

This intense curiosity is the one jarring note in an otherwise interesting thriller. Kate Hudson's character is irritating. Quite a spunky heroine but a horrible employee. A private nurse that immediately ignores house rules and secretly roots through every nook and cranny isn't exactly an ideal employee! She's sullen and incredibly nosy, even extending this nosiness to entering stranger's homes uninvited! (Bad idea in the bayou!). It's hard to like her.

Still, the heavy, Gothic atmosphere and unusual plot make this movie worth seeing. The story is very interesting and you do find yourself wondering what will happen next....
...

firedust37 says "Jolly But A Poor Sequel" about Shrek the Third

'Shrek the Third' is not a terrible movie. It's just that the original 'Shrek' and the first sequel ('Shrek 2') were superb. 'Shrek the Third' suffers by comparison and suffers horribly.

The first two 'Shrek' movies were brilliant. Funny, innovative, and interesting to both children and adults. 'Shrek the Third' is none of these things. Only children will really like it. It has a weak script and is a major disappointment to those who saw the first two films.

Still, the familiar, loveable characters are present and it's cute. Children who aren't comparing it to it's predecessors will enjoy seeing it and it is colorful and jolly.

...

My Points is an online rewards program that rewards you with points for shopping, reading e-mails, and sign ups. The biggest point awards come from paid sign ups but they have many, many site and newsletters sign ups that are completely free. They even have their own My Points credit card if you want to rack up points even faster. You exchange the points you earn for gift cards and there's a vast selection of gift cards.

I have found My Points customer service to be responsive and the gift cards arrive quickly. I especially like the various holiday games they have to win points and prizes. The holiday games are simple and require no skill, just luck. If you shop online, it's a good idea to sign up. If you don't shop online, it's still a good idea to sign up because you can earn gift certificates with very little effort on your part. On top of that, the email offers are interesting and frequently generate their own freebies and savings from other companies!

You can actually earn gift certificates...
...

The vase that came with them was a delight to behold! I love their holiday vases and this one was exceptional.

I had no reason to contact their customer service since I was pleased with the product.

Note - Hallmark.com frequently has online coupons available so it pays to Google before placing an order. It's also worth noting that Hallmark has a rewards program so it would be advantageous to sign up for a Gold Crown Card before placing an order so that you receive points for your purchase. Hallmark points are converted to dollars and you will receive Hallmark certificates by mail. Gold Crown cards can also be used in any Hallmark store and it's free to receive one. You can sign up for a Gold Crown card online and they will mail you a card.
