It's horrible! The belt is always coming off! I have to put the belt on again every-time I use the thing! So annoying!! It's also really heavy but It does pick up pet hair well and it comes with neat extras! I bought it because I have dogs and cats and it worked really well for a month or so and now it is so annoying to have to stop cleaning and fix the stupid thing! I would't recommend it....
