      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have been with State Farm for my car insurance for the last 6 years, and I have always been satisfied; my agent has consistently proven to be courteous, professional, and willing to help in any way possible with any and every question I might have regarding my coverage. The real test came, however, when I was in an accident about 2 years ago; I did not know the meaning of &quot;quick response&quot; until I called my agent to inform her about it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My little Nissan Sentra&#160;was at a complete stop when its trunk was bashed in by a Ford Ranger doing 30 MPH. Upon hearing this, my agent immediately arranged for my daughter and me to be attended at a nearby hospital; I ended up missing some time from work due to injuries I had sustained as a result of the accident, and within less than a week after the accident, I had already received my first check reimbursing me for the first day that I was out (the day of the accident itself). My agent then coordinated all efforts with the insurance company of the person...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
