erica9641 says "Awesome look, but do you have the Patience?" about Revlon 3 Barrel Curling Iron

I absolutely love the look that I get with this product! Hmmmm, but do I love the process? Umm, not so much. If you don't have time, patience, or the strength to keep doing your hair after a couple of tiny burns, then this product is not for you. First of all, it's pretty time consuming. I'm used to spending about 15 to 20 minutes on straightening my hair, but to curl my hair with this product, it took me about an hour (that's why you need to have the time to spend, and the patience to keep going). I'm not really used to burning my fingers with my hair products, but with this "bulky" curling iron, it's kind of inevitable. But after one hour, 2 or 3 burns, and a lot of hairspray, the look I wanted was achieved, and all the hard work that I put into my hair seemed totally worth it. Now, I give this product 5 stars for the look it allows you to achieve, but 1 star for how difficult it is to get that look. So you decide, is having awesome curls worth going through the process that it takes......

erica9641 says "This product leaves my hair feeling so soft." about Sunsilk Straighten-Up Shampoo & Conditioner

I'm always switching my shampoo/conditioner. I buy a different brand everytime because at first I'll like the way it leaves my hair, but halfway through the bottle, the magic is gone. So when it's time to get more Shampoo and Conditioner, I try something new. I decided to try Sunsilk, and I really like the way it leaves my hair. It smells nice, and it leaves my hair feeling very soft, which is basically what I want from my Shampoo/Conditioner. I think I've finally found a shampoo/conditioner that I can stick with. And another plus, it's cheap!
...

erica9641 says "The best skin care treatment I've ever used" about Proactiv Solution Acne Treatment

I think proactiv is a great skin care product. I have never been the type to have a lot of acne. I just get the occasional, annoying pimple here and there. But by using proactiv, I don't really have that problem anymore. My skin is clear, and I don't get those pimples anymore. The only downfall I see with proactiv is that it's a little time consuming. First you have to use the cleanser, then the toner, and last, the lotion. It's a 3 step process to cleaning your face, and you're supposed to do it twice a day ( or you can do it only once depending on how severe your acne is). I only use the products once a day right before I go to bed. So, the products do work, but you have to be dedicated to the routine....

erica9641 says "This is make-up that gives you coverage and feels weightless!" about Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals Complexion Make-up

I love this make-up! I have always been the type who used liquid cover-up, liquid foundation, and a heavy powder. About a year ago, I was introduced to bare escentuals by my cousin, and it just made her skin look so natural. I tried it, and decided I would never by liquid make up again. This product makes your face look natural instead of making it look like you piled tons of makeup on your face. Plus it makes your skin feel smooth and healthy because it doesn't have all those bad ingredients that damage your skin by clogging your pores. This makeup is so natural, that I can fall asleep with it on without worrying about what kind of damage it's going to do to my face. This is the best makeup I have ever tried, and I love it.

PS. If you have really, really dark under eye circles or any other really dark marks on your face, then the makeup might not give you full coverage. It will give you some coverage, but not to the point where the mark is unnoticeable. However, it will give you full coverage...
...

erica9641 says "If you want your hair to be straight and soft--BUY this product!" about Chi Flat Iron

The Chi iron was an expensive purchase ($115) when I bought it. But for a product that I've used at least 5 times a week for the past two years, it was worth it. I always used to straighten my hair with a blow dryer and round brush, but it never looked as sleek and soft as I wanted it to look. I tried all different kinds of flat irons (the maxiglide, and mostly just inexpensive flat irons from shopping centers, but they never gave me the look I wanted.) The Chi iron straightens your hair fast and easy. My hair comes down to about the middle of my back, and it takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to get my hair straight and smooth. Also, your straight hair can last for days (of course only if you don't wash it), with quick 5 minute touch ups each day. Basically, I love the product, and it's probably the best purchase I have ever made as far as hair products....
