I used the free 2 weeks to get started in genealogy. Didnt realize that after I attached files and the trial ran out that when I clicked on those files it would require me to pay to view them. BOO! — They do have the monopoly on genealogy sites and information. Noone else offers what they can. Therefore it's the only option so people go back to them. —...

Bought this for my 3 yr old at xmas. Bought many games to go with and my son loves them! Even the games that are above his age level he finds interesting and at least tries them! — Definately need to have the battery pack to recharge the system w/o buying batteries! A 3 yr old can leave the thing on and burn thru batteries fast! — Leapfrog.com has good deals to make it more cost effective for buying games. Dont recommend buying them at a retail store when u can get them for 1/2 that online! —...

emma1234 says "Ever tried to return something? yikes!" about Target Stores

I had just bought a pair of shoes, still had the tag on them from target, still in the box but I couldnt find my receipt.....I obviously walked thru the front door and was on camera bringing the shoes into the building......they refused to take my return. — They say it's just their policy not to accept the return w/o a receipt because I had done it right after christmas and two times was not acceptable to them. I would think returning a toy that was duplicated w/o a receipt would be common. They made no exceptions. — They were so impolite, I would rather go to another store that dealt with things better. —...

emma1234 says "accidentally tore my ck-held 2 wks and cancelled my policy!?" about Safeco

I recently found out after they sent my check back to me(after they held it for 2 1/2 weeks) that they cancelled my policy for non payment on the same day they sent my check back! — They said the post office ripped our payment in half but they how did it get delivered to safeco w/o a stamp?? It was obviously ripped in house. They sent our payment to another office to figure out what to do because the zip code on the envelope when we got the check back 2 1/2 weeks later it was different from the zip code we sent it. — Yes, we had an accident during this 2 1/2 weeks...and yes they denied the claim. — We had to change to an agent rather than dealing direct, filled out the forms so agent could deal with the fight for us....safeco still wouldnt talk to them! Agent was pretty ticked. Ultimately they decided that we intended to pay our bill so they would reinstate if we paid the entire amount of...
