Some have purchased front load machines and are not physically able to use them. Maybe if the door was higher so they didnt have to bend. The upside of this machine is it takes less water to do a load. clothes seem to be more clean. i would recomend this product to healthy people. i would recomend the manufacturer to build the washer on top of dryer as seniors could lift dry loads easier than wet loads of...
