eeyoreswife says "Great food with terrible service" about Chili's - Multiple Locations - Pompano Beach, FL

The Chili's at Clackamas Towne Centre-Oregon has really good food, reasonable prices, and terrible service. I have dined there several times and had problems each time. Once, the waiter even dropped half of my food on the kitchen floor and served me what remained on the plate-without an explanation. I had to call someone else over to find out what the deal was. I had to request a new plate, as well as an explanation. They are also stingy with their space. Seven us of were crammed into a booth meant for four people, on at least 2 occaisions. When we asked to be moved, once our request was granted with a bad attitude, but we were told the section with the larger table was closed on the second occaision. I no longer go to this restaurant....

eeyoreswife says "Now that I have tried Coke Zero, I can't stand other soft drinks" about Coke - Zero

I used to drink regular Diet Coke, but, now that I have tried Coke Zero, I can't stand it, or any other diet soda. It has plenty of fizz and no diet after taste. I buy it for myself, but I am finding that it disappears faster than the soft drinks I buy for my husband and children. They all love it. I do not mind that it is caffinated and would not be seeking out a diet drink if I minded the artificial sweetener. I used to crave regular Coke now and then, but now I am satisfied with Coke Zero. It Is as good or better than regular Coke.
...

eeyoreswife says "This appliance is a great tool for the home entertainer." about Maytag oven - Double cooktop

This appliance is great for large families or home entertainers. Dinner and dessert can be cooked at the same time, but use caution. The top oven gets extra hot when used at the same time as the bottom. Features are easy to set and use, but it can be awkward getting food out of bottom oven. I have burned myself several times....

eeyoreswife says "This appliance helps to keep me organized." about Maytag ICE20

This appliance helps to keep me organized. There is a separate compartment for just about everything (soda, yogurt, meat, cheese, vegetables etc. The door shelf is large and strong enough to hold a gallon milk jug with room left over. It may even hold 2. I love having filtered water without annoying things attached to my kitchen sink, and it is great to have ice available at all times. The "door open" alarm has saved me more than a few times....

eeyoreswife says "It was the greatest investment I ever made for my kitchen." about KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Classic

I purchsed my Kitchenaid mixer 2 years ago and have used it on almost a daily basis. It works great for mashing potatoes and mixing double batches of cookie dough. The bowl is large enough to accomodate cooking for a large family, and it has been a great time saver for me. I really appreciate the splatter guard and how easy this appliance is to clean up, assemble, and take apart. I could have purchased a cheaper brand, but I am glad I stuck to my instincts and purchased this one. It has been a great help to me....
