edaemyma says "LOVE IT! Fantastic tub is a terrific bargain." about The First Years Sure Comfort Deluxe Newborn to Toddler Tub with Sling

I thought that I would want a fancy, expensive tub with cool features (like an attachable showerhead), but I decided to go with this simple tub after reading lots of reviews (like this one). I have been COMPLETELY satisfied with this tub. It transitioned perfectly from newborn (the bath sling included with this tub was so wonderful), to a reclining 2-4 month old, to a sitting-up 4-6 month old. It's a no-nonsense tub with everything you need! This is one time when the cheapest option doesn't leave you wanting more....

edaemyma says "Comfy comfy diapers do not hold up with big poopies." about Pampers Swaddlers

These diapers are so flexible and comfy, but I've had more poopy messes and leaks with these diapers than any other. I'm willing to pay a little more for better diapers, but after going back and forth, I finally decided to stick with Huggies. They're less expensive, still stretchy and comfy (though not as soft as Pampers), and I rarely have any problems with leakage....

edaemyma says "Easy-to-use travel system has a few drawbacks." about Chicco Cortina Travel System

Overall, we enjoy this travel system. It looks great, it's very sturdy and well-built.

Drawbacks - when the carseat is locked into the stroller, it is difficult (if not impossible) to access the storage area at the base of the stroller. The stroller is bulky. It collapses pretty easily (especially if you don't have baby on one hip), but it is on the heavy side and you need a pretty roomy trunk.

Upside - lots of storage space and cup-holders make this a great stroller for shopping, walks to the park, and travel.

I've written another review about the carseat that you might want to consider.
...

edaemyma says "Good carseat overall, but might not be worth the extra $$." about Chicco KeyFit

I've been happy with our carseat, but would buy a different one were I to do it over again. Neither the lining of the carseat nor the straps are removable for thorough washing, which would seem like a must and a no-brainer to me. I do like the easily adjustable system for getting baby in and out. Our baby seems very comfortable in it, and the material doesn't seem to exacerbate hot or cold weather.

My main precaution is to check recent safety precautions with this carseat base system, as I read after purchasing mine that it didn't crash test well. As a result, I often attach the carseat to the base, AND secure the carseat with the seatbelt option.

At the time of our purchase, I thought I was paying more money for better quality and safety. Now, I'm pretty sure I paid more for the brandname and chic look. I'd go with the cheaper Graco next time around.
...

edaemyma says "Good enough reception. Good coverage. Great service." about T-Mobile

After being with Cingular for three years, I decided to switch to T-Mobile. I was sick of the crappy service and billing mix-ups. I miss the incredible coverage that I had with Cingular, but I could not be happier with the hassle-free service of T-Mobile. The plans are good, and fairly and competitively priced. I do tire of the contract limitations. I've had to extend my contract with every change/addition I've made to my account. This is the only major frustraction that I've had with T-Mobile. Overall, I'm a content customer....
