      <description>DOLLAR RENT A CAR charged me $1093 for a two hour rental. Don't believe it, keep reading. As I write this I have been fighting the charge for 7 months.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;My friends and I rented 2 cars from DOLLAR in Panama, February 2008 (a van and additional car -- the Dollar van was big enough for our party but not our luggage so we rented the additional car for the day). We had an arrangment with the Dollar rental agent that for $25 a Dollar employee would come and pick up the car. All we had to do was leave the keys at the front desk upon arrival and someone would be up later that day. We drove to our hotel and left the keys at the front desk.&lt;br/&gt;(we stayed in the hotel for 3 days; we rented another car from Dollar to again help transport our luggage to the second hotel; only staying in Panama for 1 week)&lt;br/&gt;Now imagine this: 2 weeks after returning to the U.S. I see a charge from Dollar for $1093. No one ever came to pick up the car (per our agreement) and it took them 3 weeks to figure out what happened to...... </description>
