I started my accounts with Bank of America about 6 months ago. The sign-up process was very easy. Since then I have had several occassions to contact them via the 800 number and the service has been exceptional. I also went into the branch office in Bryn Mawr, PA and was treated with the utmost of customer service. This is a great bank to do business with....

She handled my claim with the utmost professionalism. I was glad I had my insurance with State Farm when the need arose.
