I usually stay away from anything that has to do with "gel". That includes aloe vera. Can't stand the way gels feel. That is until I tried this product. Maybe it was the color of the product. I love lavender. Anyway, I only use 1 squirt on my hands then massage it onto my face and boy does it feel good. It rinses off very easily and makes your skin feel really nice and soft. Usually I'm having to race for the cream before my skin dries out but not with this product. I then use my night cream. I'm 61 and don't want or have to use the heavy duty stuff yet.

I use this product now and then for a quick clean up in the bathroom. My boyfriend who works out in the oil fields said he couldn't get the oil out of the carpet in his new truck so he tried the scrubbing bubbles. He sprayed it on the spots and let it soak in completely. He said the oil came right off. I have spots on my carpet in the house that I can't seem to get rid of from the plumber, kids, dropping liquids, dog, etc. I figured why not try it. I'll be darned if it didn't work. However, I do suggest trying it on an inconspicuous corner before using it in the middle of the room in case it fades the color of the rug. Now I have a new product to play with.

I've used this product for years but wanted to try something else. Forget it! I went back to the Intuition. It is so easy to use. You don't have to soap up first. I do my shaving at the end of my shower. The Skin Conditioning Solid lightly soaps you up and conditions at the same time. It comes with a hanger so you have it in the shower at all times. I have the old handle which works great if you have trouble like I do holding things. I haven't tried the new thinner handle but it looks big enough so you can get a good grip. I think I'll just stick to what I know works for me. Now what do I do with all those extra new blades?

Can't say that it cleans the old soap scum off the shower without some elbow grease but it sure leaves everything slick. The one thing it does extremely well is cleaning the dirt and soap scum off of the rubber mat on the shower floor. Normally I can't get the dirt off no matter how much scrubbing I do but the foamer and a scrubber make the mat look just like new. I would probably get this product just for the odd ball stuff it does work on.

When I first opened the package I didn't have much faith in the product. It looked like a big piece of soap. But I was wrong! This product leaves a light scent on your towels and clothes and lightly softens them. You never have a heavy feel or strong softener scent following you around. The only thing is you have to remember to take the bar out when you do a load that isn't suppose to have any softener like your microfiber towels. I did five loads of wash and the bar held up real well. It did not discolor. In fact, my dryer has never smelled better. I will probably buy this product again but I still need to keep my liquid softener for loads that I hang to dry....

I've tried a lot of different creams and lotions but this one really works. I started out using it for my dried cracked heels and it worked great. I have bouts of dermititis on my finger tips and tried it on my hands. It put the moisture back in my hands and lessened the dryness where the dermititis was. Doesn't take it away. That would be asking too much of an OTC. It did relieve a lot of the dryness around the problem areas. The lastest thing I used it for was for heat rash in the crook of my elbow. The oat essence really relieves the itchiness. My arm was bright red and had welts and this took away the urge to scratch. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a skin problem. You can use it every day if you wish or use it when a problem arises. Since I started using it for my feet they've never looked better.

I don't usually get excited about water nozzles but this one is sooo cool. You turn it off and on by moving the handle back and forth like the firemen do with their hoses. It has two adjustments, one for spray and one for pressure. For those who have trouble with their hands and fingers this works great. I bought this one because I couldn't turn the nozzle on the regular one any longer. My arthritis has gotten so bad. It's a little pricey. Almost $14 at WalMart compared to the $4 regular nozzles but well worth it. I figured if it didn't work good I could always take it back. It worked better than I expected. It must be good because WalMart only had two left!

This is so easy to use and so far hasn't really worked the way I would like but I'm probably expecting too much from a gadget. It has the potential and I'm sure works great on every day mess. I tried to clean some things that I think were just too far gone. So, I would say this product is very good for what it is made for. Cleaning up dirt on the rug or floor, cleaning tires, dog messes, etc. Don't expect it to bring back things to when they were new. Also, to be more economical, spray your cleaner on instead of using the compartment. You'll use less and get it where you want it.

I was pleasantly surprised. This product works like the car washes. After you wash the window the sheeting action just makes the water glide off so you don't have to dry. Make sure when you wash the window that you see the soap on the window. That has the sheeting action. I forgot to wet the pad first so it didn't work at first but by the time I did the third window it was wet enough for the soap to start working. Went back over what I did and worked perfectly. I would definitely buy this product again. It cuts the time in half and I don't have to get on my knees to do the bottom of the sliding glass door. Wish they made something similar for the inside windows.

I bought this mop because it got the best reviews. My kitchen has really old linoleum and I couldn't get a good shine on it using regular mops. When I bought the Bissell Steam Mop I used it and it took all the shine off the floor. I thought it was going to be another wasted gadget. The next day I tried it again. It still left the floor very dull but when I put the wax on the floor it looked great. The Bissell Steam Mop took all the old dirty gunk off the floor and left it ready for the wax. Since I do have an exceptionally old linoleum I don't think I'll be using the steam mop every day but it would be really good on floors that have a permanent shine to them. I also am leary about using it on the floor squares that were just put down in my bathroom. They have glue on the back and I think the steam would really work against this type of flooring. You do need to have more than 2 pads because they get too wet very fast....

I've only seen this on QVC. They come as a set of 2, one for plastic wrap and the other for aluminum foil. You fill it with whatever kind of wrap you normally buy at the grocery store. I use 2 different kinds of plastic and foil so I got 2 sets. I couldn't be happier. I was always either tearing off too much or not enough. This makes it so much easier. You do have a tendency to pull out a little too much at the beginning but practice makes perfect. Has suction cups on bottom so it stays in place while using. Both are in a cream color but the color band around the middle lets you know what you're grabbing. Now you don't have to contend with boxes that are falling apart and scrapping your knuckles on the cutting edge. You'll love these....

Decided to try this one since it was cheaper and the other name brand had such controversial reviews. I like this one. The pillows are very soapy and soft on the face. Take your time. The vibration really feels good and leaves your face feeling soft. I have a lot of cleansing cloths and tried using them with the Dove Revitalizer. They work pretty good. Not as soapy as the pillows but still work well. If you have sensitive skin this will work great. The pillows are in no way scratchy. I just ordered some Dove Energy Glow pillows for mature skin. I'll review those when they come....

I used this product when I was in my teens. I'm now 60 years old and been trying all the new washes for mature skin. This product was on sale buy 1 get 1 free. Decided to give it another try because of the foaming rather than a cream. I love the way my skin feels. It actually feels like I'm getting all of the dirt and grime of the day off my face. I then use a good moisturizer after patting dry. I think most women might enjoy this product if you like the feeling of having a clean face. This works great for people who have sensitive skin....

This is the only product in the Alternative series that I can use. It does keep my face from burning in the sun. It puts enough moisturizer on my skin so it doesn't look wet or dry. I don't really see the other claims of diminishing lines and wrinkles yet and I've been using it for over a month. Maybe I'm a late bloomer. I think after I use the two bottles I have that I will start looking for something else. There's got to be something better. In the meantime, this product isn't too bad. For the cost I would expect more though....

I do not have dry skin. At least not until I used this product. The first ingredient is Alcohol and you can guess where this is going. My face turned red and itched so bad I wanted to claw my face. I thought at first it was something else so gave it a rest and tried it again. Same thing. It looked like I had a sunburn. I called Avon and told them that I couldn't use it and they refunded my money and didn't require me to send it back. I wonder how many people ran into this same thing. Be very careful using anything that starts out with alcohol. I went back to my Olay products and my skin is fine now....

I was ready to give up trying to kill the fire ants in my yard and then I went to Lowe's Hardware Store and talked to the guy working there. He told me to try the Amdro Ant Block and it worked like a miracle. I've used it on 5 ant hills and the ants were gone before the day was out. I rarely see the fire ants anymore but when I do I track them to where their nest is and sprinkle about a teaspoon close to the opening. They immediately start taking the grandules into the nest for the queen. Caution! The grandules are poisonous so be careful when using in the yard if you have pets. I have a dog and watch to make sure the ants have taken them completely into the hole before I let my dog go out in the back by herself. If you use on smaller ants it takes time for them to break the grandules down to take into the holes. Do not put too much out at one time or you'll be picking up the left over grandules with a plastic spoon to throw away....

I've always put off buying Rockport because they're not really cheap. I got my first pair yesterday because I've started walking for my health. They are the best shoe I've ever had for anything. They're even better than my Nike's Cross Trainers. You can wear them any time and look good. The cushion inside is fabulous. Walking alot of times causes my back to spasm and my legs and feet to hurt but these shoes lessened the impact that causes the problem. I'm afraid that I'm now hooked on Rockport. If you get a chance, go into a Rockport store and look at all the other types of shoes there. They have some gorgeous sandals for summer that has a cushion to make walking even better in them. One thing the salesperson did suggest is get 1/2 a size bigger to accommodate any swelling you feet might do while walking. I have to admit the 1/2 size difference does not bother you and gives you a little more wiggle room for your toes. I tried the shoes on with a little thicker sock......

I wanted to get a better water bottle to carry with me when I go out since it gets so hot here in the desert. I read about these bottles that do not have any chemicals in them like regular plastic bottles and decided to try it out. They look good and do not have that plastic taste that cheap plastic always have. I got the bite valve lid so that I won't spill in the car if it falls. It does take getting use to but works fantastic once you get the hang of it. Had to get use to the rubber taste when it was new but don't really notice it anymore. I like to freeze my water to make it stay cold longer but was told not to because the hard plastic might break so I just fill the container completely with ice and put into a sleeve. It helps some. Once these wear out I'm going to try the new bottles they're coming out with later this year that can be frozen and has a differenct type of closer. Hope this review helps....

No matter what you are using the coffee pot for it's quick. I use the pot to make hot water for my ice tea or hot tea. When I have company over they use it for coffee. I love how it filters all the minerals out of the water and trust me there is alot of minerals out here in the low desert. I have to delime it alot to get the minerals out of the line but no big deal. I'll never go back to the cheap $10 pots after having this Bunn coffee pot.

I've always had Allstate and have never had any problems with them. They've always looked out for my best interest. I live in the wind belt in Palm Springs, CA and my car gets sand blasted regularly. They replace my car windows when I call them. I wait until they are pretty pitted before I call. They have even repainted my car because of the sand damage without me even asking for it. I compared prices to about 6 other companies and Allstate was the lowest for me. Of course, if you have alot of tickets and accidents you're going to get hit with a higher premium but Allstate now has the no fault clause for the first accident which I think is fantastic. The company is great. I can't say the same for all their agents but that's the way with all companies. You just have to hope you get good agents like I have.
