dnvr12 says "A Very Good Product & Great Service Too" about naturemade vitamins

I've found NatureMade to be a great product, and surprise surprise, a customer oriented company too. I started using their supplements years ago since I don't eat red meat, and had/have the habit of eating on the run (lunch might be a fruit smoothie or peanut butter). Even so I still pick the smoothies and peanut butter according to ingredients listed or not listed, and I picked Nature Made for the same reasons (it didn't hurt that the brand was mentioned by a doctor I'd asked too). They have fewer additives, and I believe better disclosure - and while I never notice a difference while taking them, I definitely notice less focus and more wear down when I've gone a few days without them. As a thank you, they also offer rewards for purchases through their customer website by the same name. There you can create an account and enter your NatureMade purchases for points. For every so many purchases/total points they offer you ways to redeem the points (various items you can...
...

dnvr12 says "Finally! A Thought Provoking Show - and it's funny too" about Boston Legal

I absolutely love Boston Legal. This show has succeeded at presenting issues the news doesn't even want to address, and do it in a way that, whether you agree or disagree, you're drawn in and actually think about it while following the story line.....which is also quirky fun and enjoyable to watch. I'd started to think reruns of MASH would be the closest we'd ever get to that kind of writing and production. I hope they keep it up!
...

dnvr12 says "How low can we go" about Rock of Love...with Bret Michaels

Bret, babe, you make a pair of jeans look wonderful, but have we really reached such a low that we're entertained by cheesy lines and cat fights between women over a guy presented in any format other than sitcom satire? Doesn't this idea belong on an episode of Family Guy or SNL? And when did we time travel back to the idea of women needing and fighting to catch and land men being anything but offensive anyway? I tried to watch Rock of Love, but there's a commercial about 2 hamburger guys getting their own reality TV show that sums it up better than I could, and sadly, it's wittier and more viewer worthy too.
...

dnvr12 says "Loved this show!!" about Journeyman

I loved this show! It got off to a questionable start and I thought it would be a single season show - didn't see how they'd address some of the issues without having to wrap up the story line - but it kept me sitting down and paying attention to each episode - and I got a kick out of seeing reminders of decades I lived through and things I'd forgotten about. I hope they bring it back...

dnvr12 says "Sometimes Customer Oriented - Not Always" about PETCO

They're better stocked than most and I've never walked in and been told to come back a few days later as at another chain store. The service isn't something to be counted on though. One visit might get you very friendly customer oriented assistance, and the next might get you someone so ready to correct and instruct that they tell you what they actually sold you previously to carry purchases from the store in, they're no longer going to use since it's more difficult for them (that lost them my business for a few months), or you might notice 3 employees grouped and not assisting anyone, but apparently unable to leave their station to help you, leaving you to stand in the area of potential purchase waiting until someone returns 5 or more minutes later. And then another day and time you'll receive great assistance again.
...
