      <description>&lt;p&gt;Maybe it's just me, but I use my bags more than once (sometimes more than twice).&#160; Anyway, I love them.&#160; I'm changing my eating habits to include more fruits and vegetables, and these bags help so much.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I put a seasoned chicken breast, fish or other seafood in the bottom of the bag,&#160; fill the bag with frozen mixed vegetables (California or Monteray mixes are my favorites), put them back in the freezer and my lunch is practically packed for the week. (Works for easy dinners as well.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After microwaving I drain, add butter spray, seasoning and beverage.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The only problem is I now have fewer excuses for not having a great and healthful&#160;lunch.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
