diludovico says "Nice and Simple" about Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker - Stay or Go

I really like this slow cooker. It's very simple and easy to use. I don't see any need for all the settings and digital things that come on slow cookers these days. It has a single knob for Off - Warm - Low - High. What else do you need on one of these types of cookers. I bought this one because it has a glass lid that has a lid gasket. It clips down so you can take this to a party or get-together without fear of it spilling. It is a 6 quart so there is plenty of room to make enough for a crowd. It does get a bit hot on the outside but the handles are fine for carrying it around and they stay cool. The crock comes out for easy cleaning as well....

diludovico says "Stay Fresh Longer" about Evert Fresh Green Bags

These green bags are the best. I love them for keeping fruits and vegies fresher longer than in regular zip type bags. They come in different sizes as well. I keep all my fruits and vegies in them and just keep them in the bins in the refrigerator. The one thing I don't care for is the little pleats at the bottom of the bags. When washing them it is sometimes hard to clean that area but the advantages far out way that one little thing. They can be re-used....

diludovico says "I love this van" about Dodge Grand Caravan - 2006

This is my second Dodge Grand Caravan. I bought this new one for the Stow -n -Go seats. They are really easy to use and give allot of room when folded down. I will say that the middle and rear seats are not near as comfortable as they were in the van I had without the Stow - n - Go seats. The worst thing about the fold away seats is the spare tire is under the front of the van between the driver and passenger seats and is a pain to get out and even worse to get back. I had to use it the other day because of a flat tire and after fixing it and trying to but the spare away the holder for the tire would not drop down. I still haven't gotten it back as now I have to get the car up in the air a bit so I can try to see what is wrong. It does have good power. I have the 3.8 ltr engine and it has power when I need it. It gets really good mileage on the freeway, usually around 25 mpg. Not bad for a large minivan. Oh, with the seats folded down I can get a full 4x8 sheet of plywood on the floor. ......
