What sold it for me was that the Zune has the radio transmitter already built in. I found a very cute limited edition White 30GB zune on clearance, no less, and it was in my hands in less than 30 seconds. Now, I'm free to stop carry all my cd's in my car and can easily put together playlists for whatever I might me doing, or listen to podcasts while I work. I have had issues with receiving e-mails, the phone constantly "reboots" itself, sometimes while I'm in the middle of a call, and issues with my contacts and calandar. It shuts down and resets itself. I've gotten help from tech support at Sprint, and the repair center and they all say this is a very good phone, and I've just gotten a bad one. 4 bad ones?
