My picture went out and so did the sound.  — However as bad as that sounds Visio made up for it fast.  I had company coming to town so I was mortified.  Long story short with-in 1 day I had a tech come out (for free of course) and not only fix the problem but he checked over everything and replaced the speakers and anything else that even might be wrong.  This tech also called shortly there after to check and make sure there were no other problems.  — ... I spend hours at that expo and she never woke up.  The mai tai is very easy to put on and the fabric is washable and comes in so many prints.  This is a must have!!! —... The only reason I am is we are giving ours to a friend).  I also loved the selection of patterns offered for the safe seat & the matching strollers.  My daughter never loved riding in the car but she always looked comfortable and her neck never slipped or hunched over as I have seen with other car seats.  — The seat is big and a little on the heavy side but I have never felt one that wasn't.  I was very easy to install and to take in and out of the car.  It also fits almost every stroller out there.  One other thing worth noting is that it is extremely easy to wash the covering(which as you know with and infant is VERY important). — The only thing that could make this seat better is if it had true side impact protection as I have seen on the Britax &...
