http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/dellonious Wed, 23 Apr 2008 01:21:20 GMT Reviews by dellonious http://www.viewpoints.com/GE-WHDRR418G-Washing-Machine-review-da613 We have had this for 6 months now and this has happened from day one.  We have called for warranty service and they told us this happened when the washer was not level or the floor was not flat.  Well I RE-checked the level and it was actually LEVEL!  The floor IS flat as we had just had the basement floor in that area leveled for the purpose of the new washer.  We called back and were told that it might take a couple months to fit us in to their schedule and they would contact us when there was an opening.  At the 5 month point we dragged it back to the store where we bought it, demanded a replacement after telling them our woes and they happily replaced it with a brand new one.  The issue is resolved and we are very happy with the new...
