      <description>We have had this for 6 months now and this has happened from day one.&amp;nbsp; We have called for warranty service and they told us this happened when the washer was not level or the floor was not flat.&amp;nbsp; Well I RE-checked the level and it was actually LEVEL!&amp;nbsp; The floor IS flat as we had just had the basement floor in that area leveled for the purpose of the new washer.&amp;nbsp; We called back and were told that it might take a couple months to fit us in to their schedule and they would contact us when there was an opening.&amp;nbsp; At the 5 month point we dragged it back to the store where we bought it, demanded a replacement after telling them our woes and they happily replaced it with a brand new one.&amp;nbsp; The issue is resolved and we are very happy with the new... </description>
