deege39 says "One of the best..." about Progressive

When I was a customer of Progressive insurance, I was impressed. Their customer-service was fanstastic; They were friendly, prompt, and appeared to be generally concerned for my needs. They were very professional, right down to the insurance cards they gave you! (Unlike The General who just gives you slips of paper.) -.-

I really enjoyed the fact that they offered several different quotes from other top insurance companies, and they were the cheapest out of all of them.

I also liked the fact that I could do everything I needed to do online, make a payment, update my policy or whatever else I needed.

They are one of the best and I would certainly recommend them to anyone, if it weren't for the fact I'm on a very strict budget, I would have stayed with Progressive myself!!

I can't really say anything bad about Progressive, even their commercials are quirky and funny, I love that girl Flo! lol! Whenever you talk to their customer-service, you can imagine that you're talking to Flo, lol......
...

deege39 says "Not worth the cheap prices!!" about General

First of all, I'm pleased the low prices that the General insurance company provides. I'm on a very tight budget! Every penny is pinched until it's screaming bloody murder! lol!

They gave me a fast, easy quote online, upon which it was determined that they were the cheapest prices in town.

I switched companies but have been deeply disappointed ever since.

They have extremely poor customer service over the phone...

They gave me an incredibily hard time about my family, I had to add my family members, regardless if they drive my vehicle, and then they were threatening me that my premium would go up! Well, I gave them an equally hard time over the phone and they "pulled some strings" and kept my balance the same... Thank you very much!

So not only do they try to wheel-and-deal you, but they're extremely cheap... They're insurance cards?? Not cards at all, but square pieces of regular paper unlaminated! My cards are just a few months old and they're already faded, ripped and torn just...
...

deege39 says "Don't waste your time, or your money!" about George Foreman George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Grilling Machine

First of all, I got this as a gift, for free... Thank God for that, otherwise I would have been upset had I spent money on it!

Several people I know have raved about this product, left and right, up and down... So I when I got one as a gift I was beside myself with excitement...

Needless to say, I couldn't get it working right... All the fat from my food made a mess every where, I couldn't determine if my food was drying out or undercooked!

It made a big mess, it was a hassle, and not one of the better grilling machines out there... Think twice before you go out and buy this, seriously.

Fortunately I don't have it anymore, I gave it away as a gift, : P With a warning of course...

The only good that could come from this product is if you wanted to make a grilled-cheese sandwich. I wouldn't cook anything that produces a lot of grease. That grease gets hot, is liquidy and fills up the tiny tray too fast, and it's dangerous trying to dispose of it while you're cooking.
...

deege39 says "It's Flashy!!" about LG - LG shine Cell Phone

Ever since I've been old enough to have a cellphone, I've always wanted the high-tech gadgets. My silver, LG Shine is great! The camera is amazing, the games are popular and chic, the ringtones are savvy, and it has so many cool features! (I don't pay for many of those features, but others have.)

It's a slider phone, and unlike the others it's pretty durable; When you open and close it, it doesn't wear out as fast as others have... It's heavy and solid in your hand, not flimsy plastic. However, the entire front of it is like a mirror and easily scratched, but like I said it's metal and tough!

You have to have a thumb for technology, as it features a small analog that is similar to the turn-style IPod, difficult for "technically challenged" adults, lol!

I wouldn't recommend this phone to people who experience the dropsies, lol, the faceplate on mine is scratched and scuffed (not terribly), but enough for me to wish I had a cover for it!
...

deege39 says "It's firm and elminates lumps!" about Tempurpedic Memory Foam Mattress

I've slept on uncomfortable, lumpy, box-spring mattresses my entire childhood. This bed is the best... My older mother said it was too firm for her back, but I've been sleeping on it for a couple weeks and it's the greatest! What I find appealing about it is that, it lasts longer than traditional mattresses. You can lay on it all night/day, and get up, and it immediately starts reshaping itself... That's amazing! No more flipping, turning, and knocking out lumps and bumps! No more dips and body imprints!

However, if you're someone that needs a soft, comfortable bed, I would consider looking into something else. (I'm someone that needs my bed to firm and solid.) My dog even likes it! lol! No more waking up and walking in circles, he sleeps straight through the night!

The only other thing I'm concerned with is stains, or spilling something on it... I would think the material is extremely absorbant... I guess that's not any more problematic than a traditional bed.

So me and my dog give...
...

deege39 says "The Best Shampoo (and Conditioner) I've Ever Used!" about Mane N Tail Straight Arrow Shampoo

If you're suffering from dry hair, split ends, breakage, or hair that just won't grow... Use Mane N Tail as your every day hair care product! It's shampoo and coniditoner is sure to please.

I've used it on and off my whole life, it's great. It softens your hair, adds shine, and when used faithfully for a few months helps stimulate hair growth. Instead of having harsh chemicals that just weigh down your hair and make it limp and lifeless, this product will make it shine and bounce.

Not only is it safe for your hair, but it's original use was for horses, hence the name Mane N Tail. I used the conditioner on my dogs fur just yesterday and he is the softest and shinest little dog you've ever seen!

In conclusion, if you're frustrated with your hair and concerned that your current shampoo is doing more harm than good, go out and purchase Mane N Tail shampoo and conditioner. You won't be disappointed!
...

deege39 says "Better than the worst, not quite the best..." about Gateway MT6728, X86- based PC

I would say that our laptop is about average... Providing it's had a long life, and takes daily beatings, it does stand up to it's challenges. However, I would say that being a PC and not a MAC it's not as durable, it's hardware is not as durable.

We've had to replace the memory twice!

I would say that for the price it's worth it; The specs aren't the greatest, it's lacking the necessary memory that would satisfy a gamer, but it makes a great laptop for someone who just likes to sit at a coffee-shop and surf the web.

It plays movies well, not the best of a quality, but it words well for us.

Would I recommend this model to someone? No, probably not, I would tell them to research other makes and models first.
