Honestly, I am more about the shape and the interior of my car, but I could have kept looking if I had noticed this before purchase.

I still really enjoy my Mercury Mariner. Great look, great color, nice interior, lots of useful room, FAIR get up and go ( I have had better), but there is an annoying air sound when you drive the highway with the windows closed. You can hear the air blowing over the top and along the doors, catching ever little flashing that can grab some air. its pretty loud and is very distracting while driving.

P90X will beat your fanny! Beat it right off! But it works! The idea is to do the varied routines every day for 90 days and you will be buff! Tough 1 - 1 1/2 hr action packed exercise videos that blow your mind, but you DO get used to it and end up loving it.

The program comes with several DVD for your daily exercise that focus on different areas of your body. This is the main concept of the program to focus on the different areas of your body, so that muscles get confused and respond better.

You will get upper and lower body exercises, Yoga, Aerobic, some weights, stretching. Really varied and actually fun! Options are provided for beginning and advanced methods of the routines. Options are provided for the use of weights or stretch bands and pull up excercises.

Some of the routines use up some floor space, so a reasonably sized area to work out will be needed.

The program, also, comes with a very good diet guide consisting of daily menu and recipes.

Highly suggested to get the Beach...

I attended the college several years ago and had a great experience with excellent educators and clinical experiences.

On my OB unit, I get to work with the KVCC students. The program has changed in some ways, but the college still puts out the best nurses in our area....IMO!

There is long waiting list to get in. Very typical for our area. But a great avenue to get you degree as a new high school grad or adult returning to school.

As a professional decorative painter, I have worked with many product lines of paint. Behr is one of the best. It goes on smoothly, covers well...but ya ALWAYS need TWO coats (no such thing as one coat..no matter what they say).

I like the eggshell sheen. Smudges wash off easily. The product is 100% acrylic, therefore, a hard surface that prevents smudges or stains from imbedding easily.
