      <description>&lt;p&gt;BeachBody cancelled my order instead of telling me my credit card was going to expire in 30 days and they didn't want to complete the order.&#160; I called to find out where my 10 min. trainer was.&#160;I&#160;gave them the new expiration&#160;dates and thought all was well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;After a few weeks later and I received half of the order.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;I called again.&#160;&#160;I was told to wait another 7 to 10 days for them&#160;&#160;to review the first &#160;phone&#160;inquiry in order to&#160; prove I had cancelled my own order. I'm not sure&#160;why&#160;they were insistant that I had done that when the&#160;call was to find out where it was.&#160; They said &#160;If they were in error they would send the 10 min. trainer free of charge.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I suggested that they just send the rest of the &#160;products to me at that time, instead of waiting to find out who made the error.&#160; I was willing to pay full price.&#160; They refused and told me to call back in 7 to 10 days.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;I sent them copies of my order confirmation with each contact that was totally clear as to my order and the...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
