Just picked up my tub of Kraft Philadelphia Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread and oh my...why did it take you guys in Philadelphia sooo long to let the rest of the free world in on this wonder?? I tried the spread on wheat crackers and I couldn't believe the tasty explosion of tomato and basil flavors with the first bite. The flavor is so distinctive and the texture is so creamy; almost melting on your tongue with its rich and satisfying flavors. I didn't put anything else on my crackers this time other than the Philly Cheese Spread but I started thinking how good the spread would be to serve on crackers with perhaps a shrimp, or some crab meat, or even perhaps just a simple slice of dill pickle.....mmmmm...a snacker on a cracker !!!!!
...
