My rates are rock bottom and have been for years, and most important, their customer service is stellar. I actually enjoy calling and speaking to their representatives because you get the impression that you are calling and talking to a person in an office, not a call center. <br/><br/>Everyone I have spoken to at USAA Insurance is knowledgable about the product (no sending you to another department or person), articulate, and they care.<br/><br/>I know that not everyone is entitled to USAA and its products and that is too ba simply because it would force other financial institutions to raise their standards.<br/>...
