While many people may be turned off by the sarcastic, sometimes caustic wit displayed by this show, on top of the sexual themes evident in each show, the show is usually fearless and relentless in skewering the lives of the hipster and the geek, who happen to be brothers. The show flows so seamlessly, it appears that this may be somewhat biographical, especially for Charlie Sheen, knowing his history with the Heidi Fleiss crew, his legendary binging, and his near death due to his overindulgences. Far from PC, and not to be taken seriously.

Some shows have very specific sexual themes, but most of them are very funny. And the boy Jake always has a great kid comment on anything in particular....
