davidva2003 says "A great heater for a good sized room." about Holmes Heater - Bionaire - BH3955-U

This heater operates silently, has no moving parts or fan. Has a digital thermostat with hi and lo settings, and automatically shuts itself off when set temperature is reached and turns on again when needed. Has front mounted handle and rear wheels for easy moving/repositioning. This heater is meant for a whole room, as it states in it's name....

davidva2003 says "Only good for a very small room." about Holmes HFH7400 Remote Control 1Touch Tower Heater Fan

I bought this heater because it looked and sounded good according to it's list of features on the box. I got it and put it together, you had to be less than a foot from it to feel any heat, and if you were standing 3-4 feet from it, you would only feel cool air from the fan pushing the hot air. It's better as a personal heater right on top of you, but not at the price. Also, the fan runs loud.
...

davidva2003 says "Better than the average slow cooker" about Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker 6-Quart 33966

I like when you can cook by temperature rather than low, medium, and high. What actual temperatures are they? But for people used to the traditional slow cooker, you can use it that way, too. Nice looking design and has removable crock for easy clean up. Has rubber feet for non slip on counter top/table. Glass lid so you can see your food as it cooks, no peeking and letting all your heat out....
