daisybell27 says "Easy to apply liquid liner that can withstand any crazy night!" about Chanel Ecriture De Chanel Liquid Eyeliner 10 Noir

This liquid liner is extremely long lasting. It goes on easily with a brush tip in which the liquid liner seeps through slowly at the users control. The brush is the perfect size for the subtle to the dramatic. And can I emphasize enough! this liquid liner will last hours and hours without touchups. I've gone to crazy concerts and nights out where the pictures at the end of the night still looked incredible! This eyeliner is wonderful. — — The only drawback is that the brush tip, while easy to use and control the amount of liquid applied, is that after the first few uses, it tends to dry up and clump with the liquid eyeliner. After a few months, it doesnt hinder the overall use and effect of the makeup, but the liquid won't apply as smoothly as it initially did. I've dabbed the tip on a moist napkin to relieve this a bit, and it helps a little. — — Overall, I liked this liquid eyeliner because it is very easy to apply. And sometimes it seems with...

daisybell27 says "Good for sensitive skin for an already very easy to use razor" about Schick Intuition Razor Cartridge Refill All In One Cucumber Melon 6ct

The Schick Intuition razor is amazingly easy and convenient. These refill cartridges are good for sensitive skin. They are easy to pack for trips as well very safely. They have a nice scent too. — — Although they may be a little more expensive than a simple razor and a can of shaving cream, it is so easy to use. Intution saves so much time and is very compact. —...

daisybell27 says "Fun glittery array of glossy colors on the more expensive side" about Chanel Glossimer

The Chanel Glossimers are available in such a wide variety of colors and shimmers that I have a couple for the average day/night out to the formal deep dramatic makeup I need for formal events. — — The casing for the gloss is perfect for small purses, pockets and wristlets. The application brush makes the gloss easy to use. Initially the gloss is just what it sounds...very very shiny. However, with moderate and controlled use the colors are great for people like me that shy away from lipsticks. — — I have a very sheer one, which serves as a great tint to bring out the natural color in my lips. I also have a dark deep burgundy which is dramatic and applies very opaque unlike other glosses I've tried. — — With only a few touchups a night, the gloss wears very well and looks better after an hour when the color blends into your lips a bit and looks more natural. — — The only drawback is the steep price tag. ...

daisybell27 says "Light long lasting blush. My favorite blush ever!" about Chanel Silky Cheek Colour

I have this Chanel blush in Be-Bop and this is my favorite blush of ALL time! Yes it is a bit more expensive than other brands, but for something that I wear every day, it is 100% worth every dollar. — — The sheer coverage makes the blush easy to apply and control distribution. Be-Bop has a slight shimmer to it that brightens up my face when I wear it. Moreover, the color is subtle and natural looking for daily wear, however easily transitions to night time use. — — I bought the Chanel blush brush #7 for this blush and its the perfect combination. This blush is easy to apply and will last a long time even with daily wear. Admittedly I haven't tried too many other comparable blushes in price, but this one is so great, I would never dream of...

daisybell27 says "Wonderful debut album with clear marks of a legendary band" about Muse (UK) - Showbiz

Muse's first studio album, Showbiz, clearly reveals all the ups and downs of their music style. Being their first full release, the tracks are not tainted by producers and effects. In this album, Muse shows its diversity in sounds and styles that would become their hallmark. — — The opening track, "Sunburn" begins with a fluttery piano rift that continues throughout the song. It begins so discretely and with each verse and chorus, the song builds and builds and accentuates the rawness in Matt Bellamy's singing voice. This is a classic Muse track nowadays and the ease with which Bellamy plays the piano is clearly prodigious. — — The following track, "Muscle Museum", is one of Muse's earliest songs in their very young days and is simply catchy. The opening bassline is so simple and the melodies are as well, but the rawness in Bellamy's voice and lyrics are honest enough to keep the song from sounding cliche in lyrical content....

daisybell27 says "Great well rounded album perfect for first time Muse listeners!" about Muse (UK) - Absolution

Muse have been described as many things, but the best way to describe them would be intelligent progressive rock music that blends different genres of music including classical, jazz, metal, and pop. They incorporate many different guitar and bass effects which truly keep each track fresh and different than most bands nowadays. A handful of tracks feature prominent piano sections, which even more displays the versatility in their rock sound. — — This is Muse's 3rd studio album, and with it, they show even more evolution in their continually developing and progressive sound. The album must be listened to completely through from beginning to end (at least once!). The compilation and arrangement of track order is powerful and has a great flow. — — The opening track, "Apocalypse Please", pretty much sets the tone for the entire album. It's bombastic piano and driving beat are complimented well by the apocalyptic lyrics declaring the...

daisybell27 says "Great fresh scent that wears even better through the day" about Calyx by Prescriptives 1.7 oz Eau de Toilette Spray

This Prescriptives Calyx perfume has been one of my favorite accessories for years. I love the fresh light scent. Calyx is the perfect scent for daily usage, and to me, smells even better after a few hours on. This would be a great perfume for someone looking for a lighter perfume, but doesn't want to go with powerful floral fragrances. When I wear it I often receive compliments from people wondering exactly what scent I'm wearing. — — As with all standard high end perfumes, Calyx is not a cheap perfume, but I still have plenty in my 1.7 oz bottle even after years of daily use (literally!). —...
