http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/cvd9419 Tue, 22 Jul 2008 21:38:26 GMT Reviews by cvd9419 http://www.viewpoints.com/Continental-Airlines--27830-review-72841 <p>we tried continental for the first time a while back.  quite unimpressive, pretty average as most airlines go.  you know, flying coach is never comfortable and airline food will always border on traumatic, etc, no matter which company you choose.  the trip was uneventful but it was a nightmare afterwards.</p><p>short version, we chose to cancel our return flight for round trip tickets, all done the right way and everything, and though our tickets didn't indicate anything of the sort (they were NOT "non-refundable"), we never got the rest of our money back!  they gave us the whole run around for months.  each time we called, they'd have trouble looking up records, or the rep we spoke to last "no longer worked there", and other such BS.</p><p>years later, they still owe us about <strong>$1000</strong>!!!  we know now <strong>continental will never give our money back,</strong> and if like us, you take the time to cut coupons, mail rebates, etc, IF YOU CARE WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES, DON'T GIVE ANY TO CONTINENTAL!!!</p>...
