Most of the searches I get are from kids who need help with their homework and I find sites to send them that will help them with whatever subject they are working on at the time. The idea of the site is to help people who either are not computer/internet literate or just don't have the time to do searching on their own. Chacha recently started a sms search program for people who want to do their searches through texting and that seems to be going really well for the company. They are continuously coming up with new ideas not only to help the public with thier searches but helping the guides who work for them earn more money.... I'm only happy that I didn't pay anything to join it although they do have that option. This is one of those sites where they give you links to products and services to try and after you have done so your job is to take a survey at which time you get paid for it. I tried one site that was offered thinking it could help me with my ebay business and my experience was not a good one so I tried to get in touch with the site owner and found that it was impossible. My next step was to get in touch with Vindale Research itself and it seems they don't want to hear about any problems that arise from any of their links. It's been days and I'm not able to get my problem resolved.
