Icabod's Wicked Food And Drink is a great place. Sure there's been some negative reviews, but I definately wanted to check it out for myself.

I'm staying in Fort Myers for a few days & had done some investigating on places nearby. I was intrigued by the appearance of the place & had to see what it was all about. The atmosphere is exactly as expected & as I had hoped it would be. I love the look of the place.

The service was good & the staff was very friendly. The prices of the items on the menu are reasonable. I ordered the Olde Sheperd's Pie & it was pretty darn good, as well. There is an extensive menu & as some have said, you can't help but wonder... All that said, I have a few other dishes in mind to try if I happen this way again. I hope I do. Maybe next time I'll get a chance to see what Icabod's Attic is all about...

I'm staying in Fort Myers for a few days & am not impressed with Crestwood Suites. The only thing I can say is the price is very reasonable. There are a few things within walking distance, which is helpful in my situation, but not as many options as I would like. The first disappointment that I had was finding out that there was no pool or jacuzzi. I guess I should have known this, but I didn't and I wasn't pleased. Oh, well.

The room I have is small, but I guess I don't need much. The bed is not very comfortable. I swear the first night I could smell someone's perfume now & then when I tossed & turned to try and get somewhat comfortable. The place is relatively clean, but the place obviously needs work. For someplace that isn't very old, I find that somewhat surprising. The AC works, but makes strange crackling and clicking type noises periodically. The kitchen is small, but adequate for one or two guests, I suppose. There are not many dishes & such- good thing I wasn't relying on that....

I'm visiting in Fort Myers & I had dinner there last night. There's not too many choices within walking distance from the hotel I'm at. That said, Bahama Breeze didn't seem like a bad choice. I sat outside at the bar and enjoyed the nice breeze that picked up with dusk approaching. I had great service from the bartender, Kim. The margaritas I had were good, but I have had better.There was a nice selection on the menu & I choose to get the Jerk Chicken Pasta. There was a smaller portion available, as there is with some of the dishes. I'm glad I made that decision, if I hadn't I would have been stuffed! The dish itself was very good. Bow-tie pasta, asparagus, mushrooms, and chicken in a delicious sauce. I enjoyed the atmosphere & the music. I would recommend going there & would definately go again myself.
