I am not big on watching TV but I did watch 3 seasons celebrity fit club and found the quite inspiring to help me lose weight. However, after the first few seasons I lost interest in the people they were recruiting for the show and stopped watching. Overcourse being overweight comes with other issues but the show was dealing too much with the other issues and I started losing that inspiration I had because there was just too much drama.

This is an awesome movie especially if you like special effects. The story is great and the characters are all superb....

I like the book as a way to spend time when you need time to yourself. What I don't like about the book is that there are some questions that I am just really not interested in answering. But I guess that is unavoidable, nothing that they could improve on....

I love this toothbrush. It feels good while brushing, not like the toothbrush at the dentist and I can see an improvement in how it gets between my teeth and below the gumline. It also fits in my toothbrush holder which is a big plus over the electric kinds with the huge base....
