The body shape, the makeup and the clothing are all inappropriate as role models for the young girls they are aimed at. In my opinion, dolls should either appear younger than the girl playing with them, be appropriate to what we would want the girl to be like at their age, or be good role models of who we want our girls to grow up to be.
