(Make sure you order those essential parts when you purchase one)  I installed them myself and started using the washer/dryer.  Within a week and only after 2 loads, the washer stopped working in midcycle.  I checked to see if it was the power, but the dryer was working perfectly.  I called the repair person and after many hours on hold and being sent to other 800 numbers, I was finally told someone would be out to look at the machine the following week. In the meantine, with a tub full of wet laundry, I fiddled with the knobs and when I changed the setting to an 8 instead of 12 minute cycle it worked...</p>...
