      <description>&lt;p&gt;I purchased this Machine (from a major retail store) on December 1st with a 7-10 day delivery Guarantee.&#160; They finally called on the 14th to say it would be delivered.&#160; On The 14th it was snowing so they cancelled delivery and said they would call back with a new date.&#160; On December 30th they finally came to deliver the machine, but there was no electric cord nor a vent for the dryer. (Make sure you order those essential parts when you purchase one)&#160; I installed them myself and started using the washer/dryer.&#160; Within a week and only after 2 loads, the washer stopped working in midcycle.&#160; I checked to see if it was the power, but the dryer was working perfectly.&#160; I called the repair person and after many hours on hold and being sent to other 800 numbers, I was finally told someone would be out to look at the machine the following week. In the meantine, with a tub full of wet laundry, I fiddled with the knobs and when I changed the setting to an 8 instead of 12 minute cycle it worked...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
