I just found my new favorite!

Cramer's is located at the corner of San Pedro and Candelaria, for locals, that's where Rob's Ribs used to be.

Most of the people are family and they treat you the same. Friendly, friendly, friendly!

Get this, buy any drink, get free refills, AND freedom to switch to another drink at no charge! Start with iced tea and switch to orange juice, yummy!

Get this, when they say "Family Restaurant" they actually mean it. NO EXTRA CHARGE for large groups! You know, they DON'T tack on a gratuity just because you and your friends hit the magic number of 6.

The food is AWESOME. I'm not kidding. The Fettucine Alfredo with knock you over. If that's not your cup of tea, try the Chicken Fried Steak or the Pot Roast!

They cook your food they way you want it! Like your steak black n' blue? Comin' right out!

And they offer discounts: Senior, First Responder (Police, Fire, Emergency, etc) & Military.

I can't wait to go back!

I received a catalog from Seventh Avenue because it is part of a group of stores including Swiss Colony.

I began to glance through their catalog and was joyfully surprised at the unique products and reasonable prices.

Some of the items I have tried to locate for years, not even knowing if it existed.

I ordered a product that converts photographs and negatives to digital form for $99 and one of the most beautiful stained glass fireplaces I have ever seen for $399.

Both are everything and more they were advertised to be and the service is excellent. I received an email immediately acknowledging my order and a tracking link to stay on top of things.

Everything about the company is efficient and well done.

I first used Farmers when I bought my house.

I had been with GEICO for 13 years and ran into a major problem when they capriciously switched me from one GEICO company to another (who knew there was more than one??). I got a check due to "changes in my policy". I happened to call in for some information and THEN they told me "I" had cancelled my policy. I was shocked.

Apparently, due to this "switch" they suddenly wanted a form filled out that stated I would not allow my roommate to drive my car due to his record. They claimed to have mailed me the form and that I never returned it, so "I" had cancelled my policy. I never knew about the form or that I had been switched.

I explained that my roommate had moved out two years previously but none of that mattered. After 13 years with the same company, I was furious.

My Farmers agent had offered to quote adn I called them. My rate dropped over $40 per month. Farmers was awesome and fast.
