I love this stuff. It helps me breath when i can't breath at all! When i get a stuffy nose or to caughing heavy, i reach for my vics. I alos use it when i have an ear ache. Put a tiny amount on a cotton ball, then put in your ear. The menthol sooths the pain. This is a great product if you want to lose water weight. It also helps with your energy levels. It helped me feel better. I would recomend it for a quick inch weight loss. You urinate alot more. It's full of anti-oxcidents. You can take it forever without it affecting you heart. It will not mess up your metabolism at all. I hope this helps some of you.

This product really works, but when you stop taking, you gain back all that you have lost and some extra. It also makes you jittery for the first two weeks. I got headsches on it. I think it makes you lose water weight then real weight. Hope this helps anyone thinking about taking it....

I would not recomend this product at all. It is way to expensive and does not work. I waited for this product to come out on the market for over 6 months. I did not like the side affects at all. I had them even when i didn't eat. It also makes you constpated. All that comes out of you body is oil. Not stool. The only true thing that works is excersise and sropping you caloric intake. I hope this helps.
