Walmart is definetly cheaper and that reflects in their prices which are cheaper than Target. It also reflects in their wages. Walamart employees tend to make less without many oppurtunities of overtime. Target on the other hand is expensive. Because of this increased difference in prices they can afford to pay their people higher wages. So, what makes shoppers choose Target over Walmart? Its the customer service. You can call Target about online questions just as easy as you find Target representatives in every section of their store.So, if you dont have much money you will probably be like me and sacrafice a decrease in customer service for those cheap prices at Walmart. I paid for an item and then realized it was the wrong size. The website alowed me to cancel my order and sent me a confirmation email and asked me why I canceled. But, it was a one step process. They didnt make it difficult, unlike most websites amazom takes mistakes into consideration. I had no problems finding the size I needed. I also favor amazon.com because they give me a wide selection of sellers and access to their ratings as well as oppurtunity to write reviews about my experience....
